Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Rubii World account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what may be retained. It is provided to meet Google Play account-deletion requirements and our obligations under applicable privacy law.
Option 1 — In the app
1. Open Rubii World
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings
Open your profile or Mine tab, then open Settings / Account.
3. Choose Delete account
Follow the on-screen confirmation. You may be asked to verify your identity by email or by signing in again.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@rubiiworld.ai from the email address associated with your account.
Please include:
- the subject line “Delete my Rubii World account”;
- the email or username on the account; and
- a short confirmation that you want the account and personal data deleted.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and then process it. We aim to confirm within 7 days and complete deletion from active systems within 30 days.
What is deleted
When deletion is completed, we delete or de-identify from active systems:
- your account profile (username, email, sign-in identifiers);
- chat history and private conversations;
- private characters and other private content you created;
- device and diagnostic records tied to your account, where feasible; and
- other personal data we are not required to keep.
What may be retained
- Information we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, for the required period only.
- Limited backup copies, which rotate out on our normal backup cycle.
- Records of the deletion request itself.
- Public characters that other users already rely on may be preserved in a de-identified form so their experience is not disrupted. Do not put personal information in public character text.
- Purchase records held by Google Play remain subject to Google’s policies; we cannot erase Google’s copy of a store transaction.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your Rubii World account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play before or after deletion to avoid future charges. Google Play purchases are refunded only according to Google’s policies.
