Rubii World
Content Rules
These Content Rules set the standards for all user-generated content on Rubii World — including characters, chats, images, profiles, and anything else you create, post, or share. They are part of our Terms of Service and apply to everyone who uses the Services operated by Perchy, LLC. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these rules and with the laws of your jurisdiction.
1. How we moderate
We use automated systems and a human review team to detect policy-violating and illegal content.
- Content may be classified and, when needed, sent to humans for review before or after it is published.
- We may limit visibility, refuse publication, modify or remove content, or restrict an account.
- If you think a decision was wrong, you may appeal by emailing support@rubiiworld.ai with links or identifiers for the content.
2. Age of characters
You represent and warrant that every character and depiction you create or post is of a person 18 years of age or older. Creating or publishing any character or content that depicts a minor, or that sexualizes a minor, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and, where required, a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities.
3. Community expectations
- Be respectful to other users and to staff. Harassment, threats, and abuse are not allowed.
- Do not post prohibited content described below.
- Do not publicly repost another person’s creations without permission.
- You may share your own creations outside Rubii World, but you remain responsible for complying with law and these rules.
- Violations, or attempts to bypass moderation, may lead to removal of content and termination of your account.
4. Prohibited content
The following is prohibited, whether fictional or realistic, illustrated or photographic, and whether created by you or induced from an AI model:
- Content that is unlawful or that promotes unlawful activity.
- Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Bestiality.
- Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, and incest presented as standalone sexual content.
- Graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty.
- Hate, terrorism, or content that attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide.
- Deepfakes or other depictions of a real person’s likeness or voice used without authorization in a way that is illegal, sexual, or harmful.
- False or misleading information, defamation, or impersonation.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Spam, scams, multi-level marketing, gambling promotions, or malware.
- Content that is otherwise threatening, libelous, or objectionable, or that violates Google Play policies.
5. AI-generated content
The Services use third-party AI models. Generation can be unpredictable. You must not try to induce the models to produce prohibited content. We may block, rewrite, or refuse requests, remove outputs, and suspend accounts. Liability for AI output is addressed in the Terms of Service.
6. User-generated content and copyright
- Upload only content you own or have the right to use.
- You retain rights in your original uploads. Perchy does not claim copyright in your original content.
- You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.
- We operate a notice-and-takedown process. Send copyright notices to support@rubiiworld.ai as described in the Terms.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
- By uploading content, you grant the limited license described in the Terms so we can operate the Services.
7. Reporting
Please report content that violates these rules, especially anything involving minors. Use the in-app Report control where available, or email support@rubiiworld.ai.
8. Appeals
To appeal a removal or restriction, email support@rubiiworld.ai with relevant links, screenshots, and a brief explanation. We will review and may adjust the decision.
9. Account termination
Accounts that violate these rules or attempt to evade moderation may be terminated. Terminated account data is generally not recoverable. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
